PASSING OUT PARADE!
Today the current Sec4 NCO have their POP which means that this is their last day in NPCC.
We are going to miss you all, your guys have done great in NPCC and we CIs do appreciate everything you did for this year when you all really show your commitment.
Its a waste that you all are the best in only the last part of your NPCC life, and yar still remember my speech
I have been your NPCC mates for 2years
As your NCO for another 2years
And only 4month as your CI
Well eventually the Sec3 have a song for you!
